General Promotions Terms & Conditions

1. All offers from 45Plus are restricted to only 1 (one) free open account per individual, family, household address, email address, telephone number, bank account and IP address.
2. 45Plus reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. All 45Plus Terms & Conditions (T&C) and Rules applies.
3. In all promotions, strict rules will be enforced on multiple accounts abuse. 45Plus shall in its sole discretion decide on what activity constitutes multiple account abuse.
4. Where any term of the offers or promotions have not been fulfilled by eligible account holders; are breached; are abused; or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers irrespective of the outcome; or there is collusion in any other forms; or from the usage of multiple accounts; which due to a promotion bonus or any other promotional offer resulted in customer’s profits, whether individually or as part of a group; 45Plus reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim the bonus plus all winnings and to levy a charge on the customer’s or customers’ accounts up to the value of the deposit bonus to cover administrative costs. As a punitive deterrent and preceding to the deduction of such bonus or bonus plus winnings and administrative cost, the remaining balance in any or all accounts will be subjected to a 100% turnover respectively, before any withdrawal is allowed.
5. Should disputes arise in all matters relating to the awarding of the bonus and/or the Terms and Conditions in the Promotion, the final decision shall lies with 45Plus. The decision made will be binding and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any customer or third party.
6. Bets made below (Decimal odd 1.5; Hong Kong odd 0.5; Malay Positive Odds 0.5; Indo Odd -2.0; US Odds -200) and void, tie, cancelled, or made on opposite sides with same outcome will not be counted towards the rollover requirements.
7. Deposit amount and bonus must complete the turnover requirement within 30 days from the date of bonus claim. In the case of turnover is not complete within the stipulated period (30 days), the bonus and win amount will be forfeited by 45Plus.
8. One deposit transaction is limited to one time bonus claim of any bonus program. Member is not allowed to claim any bonus using the winning amount from the bonus amount claimed.
9. Member is prohibited from allowing place bet more than 50% of deposit and bonus for all bets.
10. Member is prohibited from allowing any third party to access their account for any activity, if under investigation it is to be found as such, it will be deemed as fraud. The account will be forfeited and the company has the right not to return any wallet value exist in the account.
11. By participating in the Promotion, the customer agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless, the Company, 45Plus, their legal representatives, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damage incurred or losses suffered or sustained, whether directly or indirectly related to the Promotion.
